These are some conflicting ideas which  overwhelm in mind. The ideas which force me to do revolution. When a company hire an employee they seek everything inside a candidate. They seek virtues and features of all types. He should know this- this and this also. But in opposite side no one ever think about how many shortcomings are there in the administration. The people who are hiring the employees don't know  the meaning of an employee, they don't understand the different between an employee and a servant.

      While the reality is totally different as the  people think ! The people are disguised. They are not in the actual form as they really are. Something is hidden inside the good and the worst people. The person that looks smart does not mean that he is smart in real sense.There is no transparency between company and employee. The employee is always in dark side of the company. He is fully unaware of company matters. A company always scarifies an employee in regard of customers. An employee is nothing to any company but customer is like god. But in real sense costumers are like a dog that always barks on the company  and employee.

Mr. Abul kalam says "We should not love our company but to Work only because we don't know that when the company stop to love us." This is  true, the employee is only a person for a company usage. He is a servant and is supposed to serve only. He is not supposed to demand anything from his company even an increment. If he requests for an increment or growth, he is treated like an enemy to the company and then the  other upper level servants like AGM Program Manager etc. decide to kick  out that particular employee.

And that's all done ................................!

The poor employee is on the road..............................as per the "COMPANY POLICY".

But we must  think about it further, if a customer is unhappy with a particular employee then an employee is supposed to be kicked out from the company to please the unhappy customer. But what If the customer is unhappy with a MD, VP, Sr. VP or  the  Chairman of the company?
What should be the next step of the company............................... Will the company kick out the VP or MD.

NO. Because this is not a company policy. If this happens, the people will seek for rules and regulation of  to save a VP or MD and the same matter might be filed as a case in court...........but where are the rules and regulations of the company when an employee is kicked out from the same Company .??????
